Position: Montessori Director

This is a great opportunity to get in at ground level of a new Montessori school! The position will begin as part time and lead to a full time position in early 2024. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, developing and implementing strategies to achieve organizational goals, and managing a team of staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for the organization.
• Provide leadership and direction to staff.
• Develop and manage budgets.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, Montessori accreditation, and internal regulations in an ethical manner.
• Monitor performance and progress against objectives.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
• Schedule and carry out school tours.
• Proficiency with technology and software applications including current version of MS Office.
• Social media management is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
